We are looking for a
bookkeeper with excellent administrative and bookkeeping skills. This candidate
must be able to create and implement systems to streamline our company.
Our company is a production company with retail outlets and various shipping
depots.
You will be responsible for improving and implementing systems.

Qualifications Required
Office, Administrative
Bookkeeping
Accounting
Perform general Accounting/Bookkeeping functions
Knowledge of Accounting/Bookkeeping principles and practices
Ability to perform detailed work with mathematical computations rapidly
and accurately.
Data Entry
Accounts Receivable
Accounts Payable
Payroll
preparation of the books
Keeping inventory up to date by receiving new invoices and entering them in computer, or by deleting unnecessary information
