Provide online technical and general customer support to our Indonesian and Korean client base via telephone, e-mail and live-chat consoles assisting client with their problems and working out solutions.
Indonesian and Korean speaking essential as this particular role involves dealing with our Indonesian and Korean clients.
Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Excellent command of Korean or Indonesian and English Language. Computer literate, MS Office, Excel, Word etc. Internet and email skills a must. Great personality, attitude and ability to adapt in a changing environment essential.
