Customer Service (Arabic)

A well established, Limassol based company is looking to recruit experienced Customer Service professionals whose main role will be to provide online, technical and general customer support to a vast international client base via telephone, e- mail and live- chat, assisting client with various enquiries and problems, working to find solutions.

Applicants must possess the ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team. Excellent command of Arabic Language. Computer literate, MS Office, Excel, Word, Arabic typing, etc. Internet and email skills a must. Great personality, attitude and ability to adapt in a changing environment essential.
