Office Manager

A well-established travel management company is seeking to employ a high calibre individual for the position of Office Manager for full time employment at their new office in Limassol. The purpose of the role is to manage, direct and support the relevant area of operation.


  • Facilitate, direct and manage the day to day operations of the designated area.

  • Identify and manage human resource requirements of the designated area.

  • Implement short, medium and long term strategies in line with the Company’s objectives.

  • Support the relevant Heads of Operation in the execution of their functions.

  • Engage and collaborate with Corporate Services and ensure that service delivery to the relevant area is optimized.

  • Constantly identify ways of improving the overall efficiency of the area in question, and report any recommendations to the relevant Head of Operations (Region).

  • Actively participate in business development activities, pertaining to the area.

  • Constantly monitor and manage the overall performance of the relevant operation(s).

  • Identify and constantly communicate, to the relevant departments, short, medium and long term operational needs.

  • Manage and deliver on projects as requested by the Head of Operations (Region).

  • Assist the Chief Executive Officer / COO and Head of Operations (Region) from time to time with focused strategies pertaining to the Company as a whole.


Qualifications Required

• A qualification in travel and tourism
• O’ Levels
• Minimum 8 years in a management position
• At least 5 years management experience in the travel industry
