Russian Speaking Corporate Administrator

Main Duties and Responsibilities 

  • Dealing with Cyprus and International company formation and administration

  • Opening Bank Accounts on behalf of clients with Cyprus and international banks

  • Support of the document flow

  • Interaction and cooperation with foreign corporate service providers

  • Liaising and supporting clients with their corporate queries

  • Drafting various documentation related to corporate entities such as minutes, resolutions, Power of Attorney, trust deeds, etc.

  • Performing customer due diligence and ensuring compliance with AML Procedures and Customer Acceptance Policy

  • Liaising and supporting clients with their queries.

  • Operating the in-house company management system

Qualifications Required


Experience and qualifications required:

  • Academic background in Business Administration or other related field.

  • Experience in similar position of minimum 2 years.

  • Excellent command of English and Russian, both written and spoken. Any other language would be considered as an advantage.

  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel. 

  • Good organizational skills and good experience in client contact.

  • Be entitled to live and work in Cyprus without any restrictions.

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills, to be extremely organized in a rapidly growing environment, ability to prioritize multiple initiatives along with deep understanding and experience in delivering high levels of customer service.
