Sales/Business Development Manager

Nearchi Investment Plc is a Cypriot Private Equity Investment firm listed on the Cyprus Stock Exchange. Nearchi provides new and established Cypriot companies with capital to start or expand their business with a focus on Real Estate development, Renewable Energy and Tourism. http://nearchi.com/

The firm is looking at growing its Cyprus team and is currently searching for a dynamic Sales and Business Development Manager (BDM), for their Nicosia office.

You are a smart and well versed and are accustomed to thinking on your feet. Ideally from a real estate or wealth management background, you have excellent communication skills and charisma.
Goal



  • To penetrate new territories, by conducting extensive research, developing a good database and targeting new business opportunities, qualifying potential clients and ensuring they match the corporate fit of the firm. Your excellent account management skills and proactive telephone approach, will nurture the leads into a funnelled sales pipeline. Your aim will be to develop new markets with a high potential and ROI, with excellent new business potential. 

  • Responsibilities

  • Penetrating new markets and conducting research into new territories

  • Building a new database and new qualified leads

  • Account manage and nurture prospective clients through the effective sales cycle and successful sales conversion

  • Nurturing new relationships and managing clients 

  • Cold calling for new potential clients

  • Effectively managing time 

  • Reporting proactive sales results

  • Managing sales campaigns and projects

  • Using and managing CRM


Skill



  • 2 to 3 years’ experience in a similar position

  • Business degree is useful but not essential

  • Corporate experience is preferred

  • Have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Outlook and Microsoft Office software and various CRM databases 

  • You must have an excellent, fluent command of English, both verbally and in writing 

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal.

  • Charismatic with an excellent telephone manor and sales approach.

  • You are dynamic, energetic and think outside the box

  • You are results orientated


An attractive remuneration package ranging from EUR 15,600 to EUR 19,500 per annum inclusive of 13th salary, and on target OTE, will be awarded to the successful candidate. Please forward CV’s to Jenny Tryfonos by email at j.tryfonos@savvacyprus.com including your cover letter.
