The position of an Executive Assistant

Salary: 1,5 - 2 000 Euro

Workplace: Limassol

Schedule: Full-time

Work experience: over 3 years   

Sex: Female

Age: 30 - 40 years old

Education: Higher

Language skills: 

  • Russian (spoken and written)

  • English (spoken and written)

  • Greek (spoken, seen as an advantage)

Work permit: Seen as an advantage

Field: Real estate / sales

Accomodation: in Cyprus


We need you, if:

  • you are a sociable person, able to deal with different people;

  • you are proactive, the CEO only got an idea and you already realised it;

  • you should be useful and able to see the results of your work;

  • You know what responsibility and discipline are.

You will have to:

  • Control the CEO's schedule: keep a calendar, schedule of meetings, monitor the CEO's daily routine;

  • accompany the CEO during meetings and business events, record agreements and monitor their performance;

  • Monitor the fulfillment of tasks: remind of tasks and approaching deadlines on time;

  • write meeting minutes and provide the manager with reports;

  • keep management and primary accounting.

Qualifications Required


  • Information and analytical support of the CEO: searching and processing necessary information, preparing analytical, information, reference and other materials for the CEO, preparing presentations;

  • Interacting with all the company divisions and third-party organizations;

  • Planning the CEO's work schedule, performing personal assignments;

  • Assisting the CEO on the wide range of business issues;

  • Setting tasks and monitoring their execution in CRM.


  • Higher education

  • Previous work experience as a CEO Personal Assistant / Business Assistant in a large company

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and work independently

  • Analytical mind

  • Systematic thinking

  • Compliance

  • Presentable appearance, high communication skills

  • Attention to details

  • Russian (spoken and written)

  • English (spoken and written, not less than Upper Intermediate)

  • Greek (spoken, seen as an advantage)

  • High level of responsibility, ability to work with confidential information

  • Grammatically correct speech (oral and written language)

  • Fast learning

Key qualities

  • Administrative support of the CEO

  • Arranging meetings

  • Planning the CEO's working day

  • Documenting meetings

  • Office work (orders, instructions, business letters, etc.);

  • Monitoring the correspondence (EDI) and ensuring its timely procession

  • Controlling the timely execution of documents and their proper completion;

  • Monitoring the incoming documentation for the CEO's signature;

  • Keeping the company archive.

  • Controlling and executing bill payments (office rent, purchasing office equipment, communication services, office and household goods);

  • Concluding economic contracts and their support (payment and primary document control);

  • Staff records management (if necessary);

  • Performing the functions of a project administrator.
