Business Systems Analyst
Our client a, Global Portfolio Investment Company is seeking to grow their team with a Business Systems Developer/Analyst to join their offices in Limassol, Cyprus.

The role

This is an exciting opportunity to join the existing Business Systems Software Development team in Limassol. The role involves extensive involvement with the development and maintenance of employers investor servicing systems, including the firm’s, website; online investor reports and account access, and investor data security. It also involves the specification, development and support of the company’s marketing systems, including the CRM system, marketing reports, third-party information systems, and other related applications.

The Individual

The individual should be a professional with initiative, a critical approach to their work. Experience in a varied, fast-moving project environment. Knowledge of databases, a desire to build flawless systems, and a background in the development and design of large, complex software systems. We are looking for an individual who has a meticulous eye for detail together with the ability to see the bigger picture, and be a team player.

The following skills are also a prerequisite for the job:

A good honours degree in computing or numerate fields

Background in Financial instruments

At least 2 years development experience and 1 year experience in the financial industry

Minimum 2 years work experience using MS Visual Studio 2000/2005 ASP .NET, C#

Minimum 2 years work experience using MS SQL Server 2000/2005

Minimum 2 years work experience in Graphics designing (PhotoShop, PaintShoPro, Illustrator)

Design & development of Web applications (.NET, HTML, Java/VB Script, IIS)

Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines

Excellent communications & interpersonal skills
